Job Description:
* Provide support in the implementation of IPF across the organization
* Provide enlightenment to staff regarding the IPF and recognition programmes
* Assist with the implementation and coordination of employee performance management PPP’s and communication
* Maintain the performance management database and files – electronic and physical databases
* Provide general HR performance reports and specific IPF reports as requested
* Manage and implement the MTN recognition programme (Y’elloStars) across the organization
* Manage and implement HR recognition scheme (HRE Award) across HR Division
* Develop, implement and manage all Club 0803 annual calendar of activities for all regions
* Provide MTNN staff support with Club 0803 queries
* Work with agency to manage appearance and content of the club 0803 website
* General administrative function of filing both hard and soft copies of documents
Job Conditions: General working conditions May be required to work extra hours
Reporting To: Performance Specialist
Required Skills:
* Four(4) year experience of which Two(2) years in performance management/coordinating staff recognition programmes
* Experience in a project management environment
Employment Status :

Qualification:
First degree preferably in the social sciences or any other relevant degree
