Job Title:Customer Consultant @ MTN Nigeria

Job Description:
  • Manage sub dealers growth and development to create a pull effect in terms of distributor’s sales
  • Influence sub distributors to patronize MTN distributors
  • Conduct trade visit as agreed with Channel Development Manager
  • Maintain call cycle
  • Implement all promotions and company objectives as regards point of sale items and signage and analyze impact of such in territory covered
  • Evaluate and escalate dealer problems/complaints to the relevant departments
  • Evaluate dealers in terms of training needs and recommend training
  • Monitor and escalate contract violation issues
  • Collect and replenish customer pick up documents and subscriber agreement booklets
  • Prepare weekly activity report
  • Undertake territorial management by gathering intelligence, monitoring and reporting on all activities that may impact business in the territory covered
Job Conditions: Tool of trade vehicle provided Work is carried out mostly in the field A valid drivers license (Extensive local travel) May be required to work extended hours/weekends
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Required Skills:

One(1) to three (3) years marketing experience in a fast moving consumer goods(FCMG) environment
