Job Description:


* Ensure proper integration of new network elements at the regions
* Ensure proper integration of new BTS/TX sites and conduct acceptance tests
* Ensure constant tracking, monitoring and resolving of faults using approved switch processes and procedures and the Ericsson Exchange Library at the regions
* Escalate unresolved faults to HLS
* Ensure proper implementation of change requests/planned work using switch procedures at the region
* Monitor performance statistics and generate weekly reports
* Ensure prompt update of switch records such as billing back up, weekly dumps, test load etc
* Reparent sites within the region using up to date switch procedures and Ericsson Exchange Library
* Ensure routine maintenance on all networks nodes within the region

Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions Local Travel Valid Drivers license On stand by 24/7 through out the year
Reporting To: National Switch Operations Manager
Required Skills:
Five (5) years hands-on experience core network operations and maintenance in GSM environment
